About Turnqey
Turnqey is an operator-grade access-control platform built for the way Australian short-term rentals actually work. We replace physical keys, lockboxes, and key-swap scheduling with digital PINs that turn themselves on at check-in and off at check-out.
Why we exist
If you run even one Airbnb, you already know the stress — a guest locked out at 11pm, a cleaner with a permanent key you can’t revoke, a neighbour complaining about a lockbox. Every smart-lock app on the market is built for US deadbolts and single-home owners. Australian property managers deserve something that understands multi-property, rental law, and integration with Stayz/Airbnb calendars out of the box.
What Turnqey does
- Remote lock & unlock from any browser — desktop or phone.
- Time-bound PIN codes that auto-expire at check-out.
- Sync bookings from Airbnb, Stayz, VRBO, Booking.com — PINs auto-issued and emailed.
- Per-property roles: guest, cleaner, contractor, co-host.
- Complete audit log: who entered, when, on what credential.
