The problem

Every smart-lock app is built for US deadbolts and single-home owners. Australian hosts run multiple properties across Airbnb, Stayz, and VRBO — and none of the existing tools understood that.

The idea

What if one app could control every lock brand, auto-generate PINs for every booking, and let guests unlock with a QR code — no account needed?

Built from Melbourne

We started building Turnqey with real Australian hosts. Every feature came from a real problem — a guest locked out at 11pm, a cleaner with a key you couldn't revoke, a lockbox the neighbours hated.

Where we are today

A cross-platform app (iOS, Android, web) supporting 40+ lock brands with guest PINs, QR guest keys, calendar sync, and full audit trails. And we're still building.
